2. What data we process

• Email enquiries — when you write to us (bookings, press, collaborations), we process your name, email address and the content of your message, solely to respond and arrange cooperation.
• Technical data — our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Consent choice — your cookie choice is stored in your browser.
• Spotify player — only if you allow external media, the Spotify player is loaded and Spotify processes data under its own policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis

• Steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest in secure operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Your consent for external media (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards only as required by law. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by the provider. Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by our hosting and email service providers and, if you allow it, Spotify AB. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; in that case transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Your rights
